The Chairman of the India Premier League, Brijesh Patel, says that the IPL 2020 season is planned to run in September to October. The planning has started but is still waiting on the International Cricket Council’s (ICC) decision around the T20 World Cup before the dates for the IPL will be official.
A decision from the ICC is expected in the coming days so we should only be a week or two away from having an official schedule for IPL and T20 World Cup. The good news is that all stakeholder in the IPL are positive for running the IPL in the fall so there is a very good chance that we will have some great betting action on cricket in a few months time.
